It's more than that.

The only time we were happy for a long time is when we got to talk to others. Without....without that security, it's harder.

There's another step, between an Action and its Consequence.

It's compared with your beliefs, and that's what determines how you feel.

Basically... nothing can get you down unless you let it. And when you keep that in mind, you can deal with stuff you couldn't a lot better than you normally could.

It's easy as A-B-C.
