[Loneliness. But not just loneliness. There is a sort of grim strength here. Self reliance. Have to be able to take care of herself, has to be able to handle anything, there will be no support, and if she CAN'T, then she's dead.]

[It hurts, it's lonely, it's suffocating, you hate it you hate it you hate it and you just want to have someone else with you, to not have to be on your own.]

[You're getting on in years, you're getting more capable than the Carapacians. They tried to care for you, but they weren't equipped, but that's all right. They tried, so you want to try. You want to help them not suffer so much, and maybe if you get enough pumpkins, it doesn't have to be so bad.]

[But it's a hollow lie.]

[That strength, he focuses on that, tries to draw it out more into the open, not have the loneliness overshadow everything. Even if he doesn't want the solitude it to go away, it should stay as only a moderate part of the general self, because there's much more to a person than that. Be it strength, determination and the fact that no one else can be you. It's not a very hopeful or happy feeling, but hopefully comforting, and he focuses on letting it empower the area, the items around and all the things you do for yourself and others. It's all part of you, the strength, power and heart. The loneliness too. But it's possible to keep walking, and as long as you're here, you can make a difference to the world around you, and it's important to stay yourself. Because that's what matters the most, and it's what makes you grow... makes things grow.

He also tries to pry away the blanket of dull overlaying everything and get to the true colours of their surroundings, make them appear as they are, more vivid and colourful.]

[But the dull doesn't go and it's almost like it's more....rigid now.]

[He still doesn't see Roxy.]

[no no no... this wasn't what I intended. ...I suck. that feeling isn't good and I probably just made it worse. his face falls a little, but he's still determined to somehow break through this.

what if... he actively tries to see a physical manifestation of feelings and thoughts. it's probably a circle. so... if he breaks that circle, like cutting a string, and point it outwards, show that there's another way to walk than just in a circle...]

[There is indeed a circle, all feeding into each other.]

[Lonely, all alone, all these things you need to survive, need to use it to survive, have to protect yourself, have to be strong, have to help as much as you can on your own, it's so lonely...]

[he... takes a hold of that circle, tries to (gently) coax it apart, so there's a break in it, and then ... then he focuses on guiding one end of it out of the circle, onto another path, one that leads straight forward]
