So Roxy got back a WRITE FANFICTION SKILL.

This is how Roxy writes.

WHAT THIS POST IS FOR PEOPLE TO PROMPT ME WITH SHIT TO WRITE TERRIBLE FANFICS ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER. Roxy can then write them ICly.

She doesn't necessarily have to know them, she will just make WHOLLY RIDICULOUS ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT THEM based on looks and observations. They may be accurate, they may be not. But it will all be terrible.

If you would like it to be a sexy shippy fic, feel free to request that too.

AS A SPECIAL THING, you can also add in a thing you would like to be foreshadowed about your character that makes no sense NOW, but will be fridge logic later and they can wonder if Roxy can see the future or something. (This is how writing works in Homestuck. It's all foreshadowing to other things. Wizardy Herbert has come back already.)

JUST BECAUSE ROXY DOES HAVE SOME TACT, ICly this is like one of the first things she wrote, so before she found out Nightingale had feelings. Gets to just be in the front of the journal to be discovered later.

nightingale and raven were running through the old caves, panting really hard. they were in a hurry before they were being chased by giant lizardbeasts and raven was injured. it almost seemed like they were doom except they finally left the tunnel to a wide, open area in the cave with an indoor waterfall and it would all be super pretty if they werent being chased by giant animals that wanted to eat them.

but nightingale saw an opportunity there because shes a magic user and magic can do anything so she used the last of her mana to do a teleportation spell. unfortunately she had only known how to port to somewhere she could see so she couldnt do it earlier. now there was the top of the waterfall and soon both girls were there.

the lizardbeasts growled and howled below, but they didnt have a way to get at them so they left.

after some thought, both girls decided to stay up there for a while to be sure the coast was clear. also so nightingale could wrap up ravens injury. raven, being a smart and sensible lady, didnt fight her on it.

"looks like ill have another scar for the collection," raven said.

nightingale grunted, her usual apathetic expression holding a hint of a frown.

"my lady? were you injured?" raven asked with concern.

"you took that attack for me."

"well yes."

"why?"

"why would i not?" raven asked, confused by this question. nightingale did not answer. "nightingale, talk to me. is something wrong?" nightingale mumbled something that raven did not hear. "what?" she asked.

"you shouldnt have gotten hurt for me," nightingale muttered. "its stupid."

"yes i suppose i should have paid more attention so we could both get out unscathed."

"not t-" nightingale started but stop.

raven gave her a meanginful look. oh so that was it. nightingale was being like that. she reached out to touch her cheek gently. "nightingale, its not a mistake to protect you."

"im not worth being injured over," nightingale said, tone bitter as all hell.

raven sighed and then pulled her close, pressing their foreheads together. "you are. love is always worth being injured for." she said and kissing her sweetly.
