He'll focus on the memories of his own nightmares - night after night of restless sleep, always exhausting, always leaving one drained and frightened, hoping for at least one moment of peace. It isn't fair, it's never fair, can't it be fair for once--

And he will try to shape that, create it into a simple mobile to hang above this bed - something to see, to touch, to remind her that she is still there. She's still alive. She hasn't disappeared.]
